Not what I expected massage is to weak. needs more power would not buy again.
Disappointed
Having constant neck pain I was eager to receive my neck massager.I found that the massage was not very powerful and in a small area. It also didn’t get very hot even on the highest setting. I feel like I wasted my money!
Not very useful
I thought it would be portable. Instead, it must be plugged in to work. I can’t walk around the house using this. Also it is poorly designed to stay in position around my neck.
Huge Disappointment
The massager was nothing like what was described. It was a flat, flimsy band with no beads at all in it. A small device in the middle that just vibrates with no power. Gives zero massage. I’m sorry I wasted the money.
Not worth the hype!
This Neck Wrap is flimsy, has very little massage vibration for 3-settings, and barely feels like it is even on! Worst off, the material feels rough & scratchy around my neck, and shifts around sideways while using. Such a WASTE OF MONEY!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I don’t know if it is defective OR simply has low power output, but will be returned.
