MorningSave comes through
While my review of this product is not good, customer service of MorningSave is the best. I have been buying from them for years and rarely have a problem, but when I do, they always make it right. I will continue to buy from them and continue to recommend them to everyone. You can’t find a better company to support their customers.
Good overall!
Refund processing
The morning save group was nice to issue a fast refund for a non working hearing aid I received
Update*
After receiving the hearing aids, I was extremely disappointed that neither one functioned at all.Customer Service service reached out and refunded my purchase.
item quality
one of the hearing aids did not work, the right one does not charge. I want to return both of them. I attempted to return them but the system would not accept the order name. Please advice.
RCA otc hearing aids
I received my hearing aids but only one works and it doesn’t keep a good charge.
How can I get a refund?
The right hearing aid does not charge, The light stays red whilr the left is green after charging. So can’t hear with right aid but hears on left.
Product bad but customer service great
I received a defective product and customer service contacted me and they were quick to respond and refunded my money promptly! Thank you Morning Save!
Don't fall for it
These hearing aids are cheap
but terrible
the sound quality is terrible it’s like your in a cave and there’s a delay between the sound and it reaching your hearing.
You get what you pay for I guess
Save your money
These don’t work save your money. Have tried to contact them to send back but haven’t gotten a response.
Will not respond
I’m waiting to hear back. There’s no response. I need to send these back because they are broken and I want to refund.
OTC Hearing Aids
The hearing aids won’t charge so I can’t hear anything with them, and the design is bad. The tail would not sit in the bowl of my ear.

Barely can hear it WHEN it works. Very disappointed.
Disappointed
The right device did not work
Poor
Need a refund
They do not work. Neither do the little fans with the lights! Having all kinds of problems trying to send them back and get a refund! Customer support doesn’t reply to emails! And no number to call to talk to anyone!
