Refund processing
The morning save group was nice to issue a fast refund for a non working hearing aid I received

After receiving the hearing aids, I was extremely disappointed that neither one functioned at all.Customer Service service reached out and refunded my purchase.
item quality
one of the hearing aids did not work, the right one does not charge. I want to return both of them. I attempted to return them but the system would not accept the order name. Please advice.

I received my hearing aids but only one works and it doesn’t keep a good charge.
How can I get a refund?
The right hearing aid does not charge, The light stays red whilr the left is green after charging. So can’t hear with right aid but hears on left.

Don't fall for it
These hearing aids are cheap
but terrible
the sound quality is terrible it’s like your in a cave and there’s a delay between the sound and it reaching your hearing.
You get what you pay for I guess

I’m waiting to hear back. There’s no response. I need to send these back because they are broken and I want to refund.
OTC Hearing Aids
The hearing aids won’t charge so I can’t hear anything with them, and the design is bad. The tail would not sit in the bowl of my ear.

They do not work. Neither do the little fans with the lights! Having all kinds of problems trying to send them back and get a refund! Customer support doesn’t reply to emails! And no number to call to talk to anyone!
