I ordered the 2 pack of size 2X in Lavender Flora Outline/Light Grey Heather. The Lavender one was a 1X and was new and unopened. Whereas the Light Gray 2X was stretched out as though it was a return and used. The rude customer service tech said based on my pictures since only the 1X Lavender joggers was the wrong size that I would only get credit for the 1X Lavender Joggers. She said based on my pictures that the gray joggers 2X seemed fine and not used or stretched out. Well, I am a 72 yr old lady so I have not reason to lie especially since I have purchased 2X joggers from MS in the past and they did not look like those used stretched out joggers in this order. I doubt this will be published but this is the truth. I will never shop at MS again as long as I live as this was such a bad experience. I am so very disappointed. Poor Customer Service.
